Effects
- 10% chance to fire red tears that cause enemies to bleed.
- The chance to fire a blood tear scales with luck, represented by the formula
10 + Luck × 4%. The maximum chance is 40% at 7.5 luck.
- The chance to fire a blood tear scales with luck, represented by the formula
Interactions
Trinket Multipliers / 
Henge Rock: Multiplies the total chance to fire a tear that causes bleed. This can go above the maximum of 40%.
Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Blood Diamond rerolls it into 
Sapphic Sapphire.
